The delivery of health care is intensely regulated, exists in a substantial governmental institutional framework, and is accompanied by a need for significant expertise when legal issues arise.

Our experience includes claims brought in the courts at the trial and appellate levels as well as defense of administrative proceedings before tribunals such as discipline and fitness to practice committees.
