Cynthia Yang obtained her J.D. from the University of Toronto in 2008, and completed her articles with Hoffer Adler LLP. Upon her call to the Ontario Bar in 2009, she joined the firm as an associate.

Cynthia has been involved in a number of corporate and commercial matters, including franchise transactions, trade-mark prosecution, asset and share purchase transactions, leasing, advising corporations on issues related to corporate governance and intellectual property, and various other corporate and commercial matters. She also has experience in civil litigation, particularly in the areas of professional liability, insurance law, and commercial litigation.
