Lauren practices in our litigation department focusing on a variety of areas including franchising and other commercial disputes, personal injury defense, and other types of civil litigation. Lauren’s practice also includes work in the area of intellectual property law with a focus on the acquisition and management of trademark rights.
Lauren joined Hoffer Adler LLP as a summer student in 2016 and she returned as an articling student in 2017. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2018.
Lauren obtained her Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School. During her time at Osgoode Lauren developed an interest in litigation and advocacy by volunteering with the Community & Legal Aid Services Programme and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act Alliance. Prior to attending law school, Lauren obtained an Honours Bachelor of Arts (With High Distinction) in Political Science and History from the University of Toronto
