Nikolas is a corporate and commercial lawyer and practices in our franchise law department.
He has advised on due diligence and disclosure for commercial matters spanning a variety of industries, including automotive, entertainment, insurance, construction, engineering, pharmaceuticals, shipping, and mining. He has also advised new businesses and start-ups on governance, financing, and other transactional matters.
Nikolas earned his J.D. at Queen's University and his L.L.M. at Western University where he specialized in corporate law. He is also published in over a dozen law books on subjects ranging from franchising to unfair competition.
